Virazen Universe

The Virazen Universe is shared by three different stories; Virus Attack, Ranger and Wezen. These stories take place in different settings and several years apart from each other. Virus Attack is about the COVID-19 pandemic. It is seen through the eyes of microbe characters so it takes place in someone's body and in the year 2020. Ranger mostly takes place in Huntington, West-Virginia and in the year 2018 to 2021. It is about an arctic ridatta (original species) who loses his parents and then is taken away from his aunt and uncle by poachers, escapes and ends up lost in Huntington. Wezen is set in my own homeland and in the year 2033. It is about Wezen, a kurraketta (original alien species), who leaves his parents pack to start one of his own. However, his new neighbors want to take over the packs of all of the neighboring packs, so Wezen has to unite with the other packs and fight back.

While both the stories of Ranger and Virus Attack do overlap at some point, none of the characters of each story will ever meet each other. Only in Ranger there's some references to COVID-19 (e.g. social distancing signs, not much people being outside, animal characters find masks laying around). By the time Wezen's story starts, characters from both Ranger and Virus Attack are long gone, as well as all humans, given they've all been wiped out by an sapient alien species that brought the kurrakettas with them.

Notes

• I created the story for Ranger in 2018 in real life, so it's my oldest comic story. I want to reboot it one day though, because the version I once worked on looks like crap now. however, I'm now focusing more on Virus Attack.
  • I actually wrote a renewed version of Ranger somewhere in 2020, which is why there's some references to the pandemic. The original 2018 version didn't include it.
• Wezen was created just before the COVID-19 pandemic started. I want to work on it one day, but it's the same situation as with Ranger. This story is both inspired by the Apophis (which was thought to hit Earth in 2029) and Oumuamua (which is said to be an alien ship), and an apocalyptic dream that I had related to these stellar objects (though, in my dream, Apophis was the alien ship that wiped out most larger lifeforms upon hitting Earth). Though, unlike in the story though, in my dream there were actually a few survivors left.
• Virus Attack was obviously inspired by the COVID-19 pandemic.
• The banner shows the actual order I created each story; Ranger first, then Wezen and Virus Attack last.
