![I had this scene playing in my head for a while. Here, SARS-CoV-2 not only causes COVID-19, but it also turns infected people into vicious dog-like virus monsters. So, yeah, in this scene, King Matthias is actually an infected human and mutated into a virus monster. All the blood (and off-screen organs) is his own and which his virus body has expelled, because he doesn't need it anymore. The last bit can still be seen streaming from his nose and mouth. He's about to attack the nurse!
<br><br>*This all isn't canon of course, as King Matthias isn't human (he's canonically SARS-CoV-2 and he HATES humans!). My brain just wouldn't stop replaying this scene, so I had to draw it.]()

![Influenza A H3N2 decides to enter and claim SARS-CoV-2's territory, thinking its just a tiny common cold coronavirus and thus easy to defeat. The virion's nucleocapsid drops once it realizes that it's the coronavirus that recently is causing all other respiratory viruses to disappear.
