My Collection

It actually sounds a bit weird to say that I have a collection of viruses, but I do not mean actual viruses. No, it's just plushies, models and toys in the form of viruses. Though, I most likely do have a collection of real viruses which is just a part of my natural microbiome, of course.

This is my 3D printed SARS-CoV-2 model, which I got for my birthday. I REALLY love how colorful, neat and realistic it looks. Even its lipid envelope (translucent covering) and glycans (greenish specks on the spikes) are added.

My GIANTMicrobes coronavirus plush collection. Blue one is SARS-CoV-1, red ones are SARS-CoV-2, yellow one is MERS-CoV and green one is SARS-CoV-2's Omicron variant.

A paper model of Zikavirus. I had fun to build it.
