Characters - Humans
I can't draw humans. For this reason, I decided to create described characters in The Sims 4 instead and make photos for this website. I included 'patient zero' too, because I think he's one of the more important human characters within this comic's universe, because he was the first human infected. Patient zero in this comic's world is completely fictional!
Murray John Rivers
Also known as Murray J. Rivers, Murray Rivers, Mr. Rivers, Murray, or Ray (mostly by his friends).
A sweet and friendly 88 year old man, who lives in Nashville, Tennessee. He's the new host King Matthias moved as a teenager.
Because King Matthias's pack is the first to be actually successful and larger than usual, Murray becomes the first so called 'super spreader', as he carries a higher viral load and infects more people at a time than seen before. Murray eventually becomes very sick too. He's the main human character in Virus Attack.
Hannah Arkwright
A happy and quirky 17 year old girl, who lives in London, England. She gets infected by King Matthias's grandfather, King Lucius, but this pack wasn't really successfull. Hannah's immune system managed to wipe it out entirely and pretty quick too. Maybe because of her relatively young age. She's only seen briefly at the beginning of the story, but she plays a larger role in The Lonely Prince.
Guiying Leong
A funny 35 year old guy, who lives in Wuhan, China. He's the very first person who gets infected with SARS-CoV-2 (King Haojiao), after interacting with an infected wild fox at his parents home in a nearby village. Once back in Wuhan, he starts to develop symptoms, but brushes it off as just a cold. He visits a wet market where he infects a few more people, who in turn take it to their family and friends, or whoever comes too close to them. From this moment on, the novel coronavirus starts to spread. Guiying only appears in The Howling Crown, wherein he also has a role as the main human host.
